It doesn't matter to me. - - - You can use part of my base for yours if you credit me. - - - Do not claim the base as your own. *Please, if you made the original picture, and you don't want me making a base out of this, tell me, and I'll take the base down. - - - You can edit my base [you know, make it better in your eyes, edit the clothes off if it's clothed, etc.] as long as you credit me. |

I do as that does, and it does it in paint. But, GIMP could help in getting rid of the un-needed colors in Step 4.
